Who We Served
The self reported information was submitted by FRP participants who spanned Kenya (43%), Nigeria (29%), and Ghana (29%), with over 80% between ages 25–44 and 90%+ holding bachelor’s degrees or equivalent. This profile represents a highly active, capable group positioned to drive long-term economic growth.
Business Readiness & Jobs Created
The Foundation Readiness Program delivered measurable results:
- 86% of participants report being well prepared to grow their businesses
- Participants report strong gains in strategic planning, financial management, leadership confidence, and market expansion
Since completing FRP, participant ventures have:
- Created 89 total jobs
- Retained 59 jobs in the past six months alone
These outcomes underscore both growth and resilience.
Beyond the Business: Community Impact
Impact didn’t stop with the ventures themselves:
- 70%+ of participants engage in community-based initiatives
- 60%+ mentor other entrepreneurs, extending Africa 2100’s reach and impact
