What This Program is About

From curiosity to clarity

The CLA Arise Pilot is the first step in a mobile-first entrepreneurship formation experience. This is not a business launch program — it’s about building the foundational mindset, problem awareness, and market thinking that precede a great venture. Over 18 weeks, you’ll move from uncertainty to initiative.

Key Questions

Quick answers

Everything you need to know before joining the movement.

Is this open to the public?

No, this pilot is exclusively for CLA community participants.

Top participants may be invited to future Tier 2/3 programming. Both organizations will conduct a joint review to explore next steps.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, participants who complete the program receive a certificate of completion.

Is there a cost?

The pilot fee is covered. There is no cost to CLA participants.

What device do I need?

An Android or Apple mobile phone with internet access.

Will I receive capital for my business idea by going through the program?

Participation in the Founder Readiness Program (FRP) [or CLA Arise Readiness pilot] does not guarantee funding or capital for your business idea.

The program is designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs build the clarity, readiness, and execution capacity needed to develop sustainable ventures. Participants who demonstrate strong commitment and progress toward problem-solution fit become eligible for future support opportunities, including potential access to capital initiatives.

Our belief is that capital should follow demonstrated readiness and execution—not ideas alone.
