Arise Ambassador Spotlight: Regina Deladem Kevi

The Arise Student Ambassador Pilot is designed to help students move from idea to action—and from job seekers to job creators.

In the first few weeks, that shift is already happening.

One example is Regina Deladem Kevi, a 3rd-year Broadcast Journalism student at the University of Media Arts and Communication (Ghana) and founder of Regi’s Legume Cereal Mix.

Regina entered the program with an existing business focused on producing nutritious cereal blends using indigenous crops to address malnutrition and food system gaps.

What Arise has provided is something many early founders lack:
structure and clarity.

Through the program, she has:

  • Identified the current stage of her business
  • Clarified her target customers and value proposition
  • Applied a more structured approach to growth and decision-making

What was previously driven by experience is now guided by framework and direction.

Rather than starting from scratch, Regina is using Arise to refine and grow an existing venture.

In the early weeks, she has:

  • Conducted more focused customer validation and market research
  • Applied course insights directly to her business
  • Begun making more intentional, step-by-step decisions

This reflects a key insight:

Arise is not just for starting—it helps founders build smarter and move forward with clarity.

As an Arise student ambassador, Regina is also advancing the program’s broader mission—
shifting mindsets from job-seeking to job creation.

She has:

  • Engaged 20–30+ students in entrepreneurship conversations
  • Reached 2,500+ students digitally
  • Personally guided peers through onboarding and first steps

Her approach is simple: meet students where they are and help them start.

The pilot is not just about generating ideas—it is about helping students:

  • Bring structure to what they’ve already started
  • Gain clarity on what comes next
  • Move from intention to execution

Regina’s journey shows that with the right support:

Founders don’t just work harder—they build with clarity and purpose.

Over the next 12 weeks, we will continue to document real progress—
what students are building, what’s working, and what it takes to move from waiting to building.

Stay tuned.
